WBOY interviews Drew Capuder on the WVU/Rodriguez lawsuit
On December 28, 2007, WBOY TV interviewed Drew Capuder to explain the lawsuit filed by West
Virginia University against its former football coach, Rich Rodriguez. WVU sued Rodriguez over the
$4,000,000 buy-out clause in their contract, and WBOY asked Mr. Capuder to explain the lawsuit and
the contract. WBOY has graciously provided us with a copy of the video of the interview with Mr.

Drew Capuder Speaks and Presents Papers Sterling for Seminar
On July 23, 2008, Drew Capuder spoke and presented articles on 2 topics at a seminar sponsored by
Sterling Education Services. The seminar was entitled "Employment Law Update" in Morgantown. Mr.
Capuder's 2 speeches and 2 articles were on (1) "Sexual, Racial, and Other Harassment in the

Drew Capuder Speaks and Presents Paper on Age Discrimination
On October 26, 2007, Drew Capuder spoke and presented an article on "Age Discrimination Under West
Virginia Law", at the Annual Conference of the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association. Amongst
the other speakers at the seminar were West Virginia Supreme Court Justices Joe P. Albright and Larry
V. Starcher.  Mr. Capuder has subsequently revised the article substantially. It is a "work in progress" in
that it will be continually revised and will be available on our web site. This article is currently
removed from our web site while Mr. Capuder revises it.
